Soitaab Plasma EXPERT

Designed to meet the requirements of small to medium thickness plasma applications. The portal of the Plasma Expert is made from an extremely strong and rigid Aluminium profile. The cutting table is integrated with the machine and equipped with fume extraction device.

The transverse carriage can be supplied with either:

  • Torch holder with plate rider for the automatic height control
  • Torch holder with automatic initial height positioning TAG , automatic height control by means of arc voltage AVC and anti-collision device
  • Second slide for Marking tool depending on the application
The machine features synchronized twin side drives with rack and pignon couplings on both longitudinal axis. Cross axis with hardened and ground precision bars which allow for high rigidity and positioning speeds up to 15 meters/min. Suitable for High Definition plasma application, the Plasma Expert can support plasma power
